Dear Dr Nyirenda,

Many thanks for your email, below please find the response to your 
question:

1. The Notice for the meeting was circulated on 15th May 2024. As per 
the Kenyan law, a 21 day Notice period is required which was adhered to.

2. The AFTLD Constitution is in the process of being updated but has not 
been ratified. We are thus operating on the Constitution that was 
ratified during the process of registering the organization in Kenya.

3. The Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 13 June 2024 
at the Kigali Conference Centre room AD 10.
