[Aftld-members] General Meeting ? - Notice ? - Re: Notice Change of time AfTLD General Assembly 12 June 2024 14 UTC at Kigali C

Barrack,

Can you please clarify if this will be a General Meeting called as in Section 15.4 of the AFTLD 
constitution ?

Was 14 day notice given or is it the plan to waive Section 15.4(a) of the constitution ?

A clarification is needed as Section 13 of the constitution only defines "General Assemply" as 
the membership but not as a meeting. So, saying "General Assembly will commence"  looks 
awkward.

Please accept my apologies if the AFTLD constitution has been updated and the above are 
no longer relevant otherwise a clarification is needed.
