We acknowledge receipt of your communication and appreciate the kind words regarding TCRA’s support to the AFTLD Secretariat over the past period. It has been our pleasure to host the organization’s email server and mailing lists, and we value the collaboration we have enjoyed with the Secretariat.

We take note of the Executive Committee’s decision to consolidate AFTLD’s resources under the Kenya Network Information Centre to enhance management and service quality. TCRA will fully cooperate to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of the email and mailing list services back to the Kenya Network Information Centre.

Kindly share with us the preferred timelines, technical contact persons, and any specific requirements so that our technical team can coordinate effectively with your counterparts for a successful handover.

AFTLD appreciates the support that TCRA has extended to the Secretariat 
by hosting the organization's email server and mailing lists for some 
time.
As part of the reorganization of the Secretariat's operations to make it 
more efficient and effective, the Executive Committee plans to 
consolidate all resources at the Secretariat hosted by the Kenya Network 
Information Centre to enhance management and monitoring of the quality 
of service.
We therefore wish to request that the email and mailing lists be 
transferred back to the Kenya Network Information Centre for easier 
Management. We appreciate the support TCRA continues to extend to the 
AFTLD secretariat and thank you in advance for supporting a seamless 
transition.
