[Excom] Meeting between the President and Working Group Chairmen

Dear EXCOM,

The Chairman would like to 90 minute meetings with each of the working 
group Chairpersons. Tomorrow we start the meetings with The Chairman of 
the Research Working Group Professor Idrissa Sarr. After the meetings, 
we will send out a call for members to join the working groups. Kindly 
advise days that are suitable for you to have an engagement with the 
Chairman in the course of the week.
