As per the bylaws in the paragraph 16.7 Alternate Directors

Every director may, by notice given in writing to the Executive Committee,
appoint any person (including any other director) to act as an alternate director in
the director's place, either generally, or in respect of a specified meeting or
meetings at which the director is not present.

As I’m not present in person in Nairobi for the next AGM meeting 
It’s my pleasure to ask the excom to appoint Pr Idrissa Sarr, Directeur of CURI - NIC Senegal  as Alternate director for the next EXCOM Meetings dealing for the AGM and any others business in Nairobi..
