[Excom] Idea of A new strategic plan for AFTLD

I am for this approach. Let us review the current one so that when we develop the new one, we have a picture of what we would like to keep or remove from it.

I suggest we also add the ICANN strategy to the exercise as well so that we are aligned.

Dear Chair,

Many thanks for your email. Developing the Strategic plan normally
requires a retreat and a facilitator. We could start by reviewing the
current Strategic Plan. What has worked and what has not worked. We can
then agree in light of current realities how to shape the next Strategy
going forward.
