[Excom] Idea of A new strategic plan for AFTLD

Dear Chair,

Many thanks for your email. Developing the Strategic plan normally 
requires a retreat and a facilitator. We could start by reviewing the 
current Strategic Plan. What has worked and what has not worked. We can 
then agree in light of current realities how to shape the next Strategy 
going forward.
