[Aftld-members] contacts for ccTLDs of Central Africa .cf and Equatorial Guinea .gq

AFTLD member,

Hope this finds you well.

A few registrars that I met at ICANN82 in Seattle over the past few weeks asked about the 
best available contact for the following ccTLDs..

Central African Republic	.cf
Equatorial Guinea		.gq
Tokelau			.tk

The registrars mentioned that these were previously under Freenom but it has become 
difficult to contact them after they left Freenom.

There was a sounding that they may now be under the French registry .fr but I did not 
manage to confirm this.

If you have a recent or relaible contact for these, could you please let mek know so that I can 
let the registrars know?

I believe that this will help with the visibility of the ccTLDs as well as improve the registration 
of domains under them.

The fact that .tk is included here means that this problem may not be restricted to Africa 
alone.
