Dear all,

  The Second IANA Naming Function Review Team (IFR2) seeks community
input on its Initial Report. The report contains findings and
Recommendations in three key areas:

  	* Presence of specific Domain Name System Security Extensions (DNSSEC)
policy details in the IANA Naming Function Contract
	* Transparency and availability of Contract amendments
	* Frequency of reviews

  It also presents several findings deemed ‘Incidental.’

  Timeline (UTC)

  Open for Submissions: 20 March 2025

  Closed for Submissions: 28 April 2025 | 23:59

  Report Due: 12 May 2025 | 23:59
