Dear all,

The ccNSO welcomes additional volunteers for the ccNSO Guidelines Review
Committee (GRC). The call for volunteers will close Friday, 21 February
2025 (23:59 UTC).

Potential GRC members and those want to learn more about the work of the
GRC are kindly invited to a 1-hour webinar, hosted by GRC Chair Sean
Copeland and Vice Chair Segun Akano. The webinar will be held on
Wednesday, 12 February 2025 at 14:00 UTC. You will be informed on how to
join the Committee, the required skill set, the topics that will be
addressed by this group, and its working methods.

Who can become an GRC member?

Membership of the Committee is open to all ccTLD managers (whether
members of the ccNSO or not) The membership will be listed on
https://ccnso.icann.org/en/workinggroups/grc.htm

Term of service

There is no term end, however each year the members of the Committee
will be asked whether they want to continue to serve thereon. The group
encourages participation from all geographic regions and by volunteering
you commit to participate in and contribute to the meetings and to the
work in between those meetings.

Working methods

The committee meets on a bi-weekly basis through Zoom and might decide
to hold a working session during the ICANN public meetings or plan an
engagement session.

How to apply?

  If you are interested in joining the GRC, please submit your
application by Friday, 21 February 2025 (23:59 UTC). To apply, complete
the form here [1].

You will be asked to provide your full name and contact details, your
ccTLD affiliation, and a brief statement outlining your qualifications
and motivation for joining the committee.
Secondly, to facilitate your participation in the ccNSO representing
your ccTLD, we will require an ICANN Account [2], which is the ccNSO's
and ICANN's platform to manage participation. If you already have an
ICANN Account (e.g. for registering at ICANN meetings), please login [3]
to your ICANN Account using the email address that you use for your
ccNSO work and verify that your profile is up to date. If you do not
have an ICANN Account or are unsure, please create an ICANN Account [4]
at your earliest convenience.
Additionally, all members and participants to this working group will
have to complete a Statement of Interest (SOI). Fill out the form here
