Dear Amos and Anselm,

Greetings from the AFTLD Secretariat.

We would like to request that you update the Africa Domain Name System 
Forum Website. We have not managed to have the forum since 2022 but will 
have it in 2025 in Accra Ghana. We proposed that you focus on the 
following areas:

1. Updating the banner on the front page with the dates and location.
Dates 10 December 2025
Location, Accra Ghana
2. Agenda - Coming soon

3. Registration link with the following details

a) Name
b) gender
c) Passport number
d) Country
e) Occupation

As discussed on phone , we would appreciate if the updates can be done 
immediately as we are behind schedule.
