Dear Prof Raft,

Your email is well received and noted. I will convey the email to the 
Executive Committee through the President and revert with a formal 
response in so far as the meeting program and Financial question is 
concerned once i receive the same. We are grateful for the continued 
Partnership and Support from College International.
With respect to the question on Prof Souleymane Oumtanaga. AFTLD is 
engaged in a process that will ensure that it is compliant with the 
Registrar of Companies in Kenya. As such the list of Directors is being 
updated and the process requires the founding Directors to be involved 
before the current Directors can be onboarded. We are still unable to 
reach Dr. Alioune Traore from Mali and would appreciate any assistance 
that would enable us to reach him through the College.
