As a follow up to our telephone conversation, kindly advise when you can 
be available for a Virtual briefing call with the AFTLD Executive 
Committee as a follow up to the meeting we had in Nairobi. Once we get 
proposals on the dates we will align internally at AFTLD with the same. 
The objective of the meeting will be to assist the Executive Committee 
to make a sound decision regarding the right governance framework that 
will make it easy to comply with the requirements of the Registrar of 
Companies.
