[Excom] Survey and AFTLD Participation in the Domain Abuse (DASC) Session in Kigali

I have been approached by the GAC and ccNSO and requested to make a 
presentation during the Domain Abuse Session in Kigali. For this , i 
have to collect some data on the current state of domain abuse among 
African ccTLDs. I will share the final presentation once it is ready.
