[Excom] Updates on ccNSO Event and Cocktail Finances

Dear EXCOM,

This morning we transferred USD 5500 to RICTA for the ccNSO Event and 
Cocktail happening during the ICANN 80 Policy Forum in Kigali.

The breakdown of the contribution is as follows:

1. NIRA USD 4000 (3000 Cocktail , 1000 ccNSO event)

2. AFTLD USD 500

3. ZA Registry Consortium 1000

Total USD 5500

We also anticipate the following funds to be brought to Kigali

1. Souleymane Oumtanaga USD 200
2. Comoros Telkom USD 1000

Total USD 1200.

We are also waiting for a confirmation from Registry Africa on their 
Contribution.
