[Excom] Updates on the Kigali ccNSO event and Cocktail

Dear EXCOM,

I would like to share an update with regard to the subject above. We have
had several conference calls with Grace from RICTA and the ccNSO Vice Chair
Adebiyi Oladipo. The following ccTLDs have indicated interest to support
the ccNSO event and ccNSO Cocktail in Kigali.
a) ccNSO visit to Kigali Memorial Centre
1. The .ZA Registry Consortium USD 1000 already sent to AFTLD
2. NIRA USD 1000 (being processed)
3. .ZA Domain Name Authority USD 500

b) ccNSO Cocktail

1. NIRA USD 30002.
2Comoros Telkom USD 1000
3. Souleymane Oumtanaga 200
4. AFTLD 500
5. .ZADNA 500.

Further i informed Grace of the EXCOM decision to consolidate the amount
before sending. However it appears RICTA might lose the booking and there
is urgent need to commit a deposit as we raise the Resources from the other
ccTLDs.Treasurer @joelkarubiu at gmail.com we are proposing to send a deposit
of USD 3000 as we collect the funds from the ccTLDs that have committed to
playing a part the Invoices are already being sent out.Please see the
Invoices on this link. Requesting for approval to proceed with the
transaction.
