[Excom] AFTLD Audited Accounts 2022 and 2023

Good Morning Members

I want to share the final audited accounts for 2022 and 2023.

I have reviewed the documents and met with the auditor to discuss them, and
I am happy with the presentation.

In line with the plans for the AGM to be held in Kigali, I ask that we
consider the following steps.

1. The signing of the documents by the chair and myself -*Today *
2. Circulation of the accounts to the community through the AGM notice
3. At the AGM, I will present the 2023 accounts, and the Auditor will join
remotely to read the opinion
4. We are sharing the 2022 accounts for adoption as well
4. Adoption of the accounts by the AFTLD members

I hope this process is in order by the Excom.
