Dear EXCOM,

We sought guidance from a KeNIC Supplier based on available space at the
Office. Below please find the feedback. @joelkarubiu at gmail.com
<joelkarubiu at gmail.com> KeNIC has offered to procure the furniture and then
we can reimburse them. The revised quote that includes a Printer Desk
(KENIC has graciously provided a Printer to AFTLD is 1200 USD. Requesting
for EXCOMs permission so that we can procure.

Dear Barrack,

Please find the final quote.

Based on your idea to host meetings/training in the room, the furniture
supplier visited your space to measure it and determine how many desks
could fit. We will be installing one 4-way station desk and an L-desk as
guided.

For convenience, we have also set up a printing station upstairs. The
printer is available hence procuring a stand.

Please let us know if we can proceed and procure the items.
