NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HYBRID ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF AFRICA 
TOP LEVEL DOMAINS ORGANIZATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEDNESDAY 12TH JUNE 
2024 AT THE KIGALI INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE STARTING AT 1.00 PM 
(UTC).

1. Welcome and Apologies
2. Quorum and Constitution of the meeting
3. Adoption of the agenda
4. Adoption of the Minutes of the 2022 AND 2023 AGM
5. Presentation of the 2022 AND 2023 report
6. Presentation and approval of the financial report for the year ended 
31st December 2022 and 2023
7. Elections for Directors (2 Slots)
8. Any other business which can be validly transacted at an AGM for 
which due notice would have been given to the chairman by sending an 
email to the Secretariat through secretariat at aftld.org .
