[Excom] Proposal for Intern positions to Strengthen the Secretariat

Dear EXCOM,

Further to the offer we received from EXCOM member Molehe Wesi, the 
Secretariat in consultation with the President has considered the 
present needs and would like to propose the following roles to be 
supported by Interns:

1. Membership Engagement (Contribution of fees and checking the needs of 
members regularly)

2. Communication and Policy Intern (collecting and collating news from 
all African ccTLDs and ensuring AFTLD news channels are regularly 
updated.
3. Research Intern to ensure that the observatory is regularly updated 
and that the Secretariat receives upto date statistics.

4. Working Group Coordinator Coordinator to ensure that the working 
groups meet regularly as scheduled and that members participate and are 
engaged.
