[Excom] Fwd: Preparation Call for HLGM Speakers - Session 4

Dear Chair,

Attached please find a draft Presentation for the High Level Governmental
Session. This session is very similar to the Africa Space Session. I have
modified the Presentation we prepared for the Vice Chair. We also welcome
comments from the EXCOM.
