Dear EXCOM,

document containing our annual calendar with all the key events as
discussed and a schedule for EXCOM meetings.
I conferred with Prof Idrissa regarding the Africa Domain Name System
Forum. He has not received a response from the Government and advised that
we consider an alternative. My proposal to the EXCOM is that we consider
having it as a Hybrid meeting.
