Dear Barrack,

We are pleased to inform you that the office space is nearing completion
and should be ready for occupancy by the end of this week.

As discussed yesterday, attached is a quotation for the acquisition of 2
extra desks & chairs for AFTLD's consideration.

Please note that there will be an additional pedestal included in the
final invoice totalling to Kshs 117,740 (inclusive of VAT) as one desk
in your office does not have one.

Let us know your thoughts on the request.
