3. Secretariat updates:
a) Hiring of a Project Coordinator
b) Finalization of the AFTLD General Managers Contract
c) Review of the AFTLD Constitution
d) Preparations for the 2023 Annual General Assembly
4. Preparations for the Africa Internet Summit
5. Preparations for the Africa Domain Name System Forum
6. Updates on the ONDA Project
