+1 Barrack you are right, another document should be initiated for the observatory project. 
We should now begin to writte a draft after the MOU has been officially signed. 

Me and our president participated in the AFNIC International College meeting from June 8 to 10, 2022 in Paris, France. 
We discussed the issue of the ONDA project and I think that the CI of AFNIC will be willing to support us for the project after the transfer. 
So I think we need to write the project document with an action plan. 

On the CI of Afnic side, there is a project document written in French. We can use it as a ressource document (I can try to convert it in English).

Please see the changes made in the Standard MOU template. As Joe pointed out, the ccTLD Project will require a separate agreement. This is a general MOU.

Le premier draft partagé était en anglais. Peut on considérer que la version officielle sera en anglais ? toutefois, nous pouvons faire une traduction en français.
