[Excom] RE : Training proposal

Dear Chair,

Many thanks for your email. Since this is an initiative under AFNIC, we 
needed guidance on the proposed dates for the training so that we can 
invite interested members to participate in the event.To invite members 
we need the following:

1. Proposed dates for the course

2. Course outline

3. List of Instructors

4. Details of the training platform. The AFTLD ZOOM platform is also 
available for the training.
