Dear Chair and EXCOM Members,

Dr. Matthew Zook is the one who collects and provides ccTLD Statistics 
to CENTR, APTLD and Verisign. His organization ZOOKNIC is an associate 
member of AFTLD. For those who were in Kampala during the Marketing 
workshop, he facilitated a session on data. His assistant Hugh Deaner 
collects data on his behalf. AFTLD also consumes the same data. I hope 
this sheds some light.
