I hope this finds you well.
Apologies for the late reply, we have had so many Mauritian public 
holidays.
Anyway, I consulted with the team and they have asked to slot you on the 
16th November 2021.
Your presentation will be the last presentation of the day that will be 
updated on the AGENDA

We would like you to note a few things:

AFRINIC-34 Online Speaker Guidelines

Presentations should be 15 minutes long, with 5 minutes of Q&A at the 
end of each presentation.
The maximum time allotted per presentation will not exceed 25 minutes.
The presenter should present in a language they are most conversant 
with. AFRINIC-34 Online will have two languages: English and French 
respectively.
The presenter(s) will be required to upload their final presentation in 
PDF format, no later than five (5) days prior to the presentation date.
Presentations with marketing and/or commercial content will not be 
considered.
Speakers are to share a picture and a brief profile that will be put up 
on the meeting website

Important dates to note
Deadline for submitting Presentation Abstracts – 1st November 2021
Deadline for submission of draft presentations – 1st November 2021
Submission of final presentation – 3rd November 2021
Dry runs/ Rehearsals for speakers will take place on  9th-10th November 
2021 at 09:00-10:00 UTC. These dry-runs are compulsory and all speakers 
should endeavour to attend.
Please do not hesitate to reach out should you encounter any challenges.

Since the timings in the deadline have elapsed, kindly send through the
