[Excom] Draft Concept note for Women in DNS Event hosted by AFTLD for consideration and approval

Dear EXCOM,


AFTLD under the leadership of the Vice Chairperson Angela Matlapeng will 
host a Women in DNS event in April. The objective is to bring together 
women in the Domain Name Ecosystem in Africa for purposes of Networking 
mentorship. The AFTLD Secretariat will coordinate the preparation of the 
event. Among the guests we expect to partner with are the ccNSO and 
AFCHIX a continental organization that facilitates mentorship of women 
and girls in Technology. Attached please find a concept note for the 
event for your consideration and comments before we start preparations.
