[Excom] Training proposal

Dear President and ExCOM Members,
I hope you are well Mr. President, and ExCOM members are all in good health
too.
President  asked if  i2N group of the AFNIC Collège International could
offer training on communication to  AFTLD members, and following our
meeting yesterday, here is what we can do:
-  classic 5-day training will be reduced to 2 days, 4 half-days so 2 hours
each time;
- themes will be respectively: Day 1, Basis of communication and strategy -
language (writing, speaking) - Day 2, web and social networks - event and
marketing.
This would need to be validated by ExCOM so that we can move forward.
