[Excom] Invitation to an EXCOM Virtual meeting on 16 December 2020 13 UTC

Dear EXCOM,

Our last EXCOM meeting will be on Wednesday 16 December 2020 at 13 UTC. 
During the meeting we will deliberate on our plans for the year 2021. To 
this end the Chairman of the Executive Committee would like to have a 
session with each of the working group leaders to discuss the plans for 
the year 2020.

A doodle has gone out with the following suggestions.

The draft agenda for the EXCOM meeting will be as follows:

1. Review of the minutes of the previous meetings minutes
2. Review and discussion of 2021 proposed calendar to be circulated in a 
separate email.
3. Management of AFTLD website and Communication Channels
4. Updates from the Secretariat
5. A.O.B
