Hi All,

I would like to check if there is perhaps an opportunity (or appetite ) during the ICANN-80 meeting in Kigali to raise and discuss the possible establishment of a registry data escrow service in Africa for the African TLD and Registrar markets?  This may be something that African ccTLD Administrators and local Regulators are interested in, but the lack of a suitable Escrow Provider in Africa has been a limiting factor.
