The ccNSO Universal Acceptance Committee (UAC) has developed a brief,
high level guide on Universal Acceptance: what is UA, Why it matters,
Use cases, and Further Reading.

The UAC hopes this document is helpful to you and others in your
communities.

The document will be posted shorty on the UAC wiki space.
