Dear all,

The ccNSO Guideline Review Committee wants to alert you about the
upcoming vote to update the internal rules of the ccNSO.

In addition, they will present the proposed Statement of Interest
procedure, and the related Conflict of Interest procedure for ccNSO
Councilors. At ICANN75, the GRC will seek community feedback/temperature
of the room and will use Mentimeter.  The responses will be limited to
ccTLDs only.  Please use the survey link or QR code to access the poll
live during the session.  Both remote and in-person participation is
encouraged.

After this meeting, depending on your feedback, it will be sent to the
ccNSO Council for adoption.
