In preparation for the ICANN74 Policy Forum starting next week 13 June
2022, please review the following “how to join” slides for both
virtual and in-room participants (as a reminder, Zoom links will be
posted on the public schedule 24-hours prior to session start time:

As a reminder, the ICANN74 Policy Forum schedule has been published.
Registration is required.  https://74.schedule.icann.org

Please note the following:

  	* Attendees are encouraged to sign up for their sessions as soon as
possible – in-room seating is limited.  There is no limit for remote
participants.
	* Please prioritize your session carefully, you will not be able to
sign up for more than one meeting at a time.
	* Note, for security purposes, participation links will be posted
24-hour prior to session start times.
	* Visit the Participation Tools page [1] for links to download the
latest version of Zoom for access to the ICANN74 sessions.
	* Please see the ICANN Meeting Virtual Participation How-To Guide [2]
for more information on how to get the most out of the virtual meeting
tools.
