Many thanks for your email and for creating time for the productive call <br>
as well. I briefed the AFTLD Executive Commitee of the deliberations we <br>
had and they are in agreement that we should move forwad in Principle. <br>
Further , the Executive Commitee has designated Joel Karubiu the AFTLD <br>
Treasurer to be the focal point in the engagement between AFTLD and <br>
Smart Africa. For avoidance of doubt we agreed to focus on two events <br>
for the remainder of 2026 which are low hanging fruits:<br>
<br>
1. The Africa IGF in Accra Ghana where Smart Africa will be launching <br>
CAIGA<br>
2. ICANN 87 in Bali Indonesia<br>
<br>
Please advise whether we can have our next meeting on Monday so that we <br>
can discuss the activities we will have in this meetings.<br>
