The ICANN70 Community Forum Virtual Public Meeting (22-25 March 2021)

ICANN70 Prep Week will take place between 8-11 March 2021. Schedule:

  	* Requires a completed registration [events.icann.org] [3] and being
signed in to your account [70.schedule.icann.org] [4] to view the
schedule.

  	* Please note that participation links will only be published one day
prior to the sessions for security purposes.
	* Sessions during ICANN70 will be held during regular working hours in
Cancún, Mexico (EST / UTC-5, Chetumal).
	* ZOOM MEETING & WEBINAR | VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION TOOL – Please take
some time to familiarize yourself with these resources.  There have been
significant changes since ICANN69 (real-time live and live automated
transcription, live interpretation).

How to Export the Schedule:

If you would like to export your agenda to your personal calendaring
tool, sign in on your desktop computer and complete the following steps:


  	* Once signed in > Click on "Schedule" tab > "Full Agenda" or "My
Agenda".
	* Select "Export" > "Export Full Agenda (ics)" or "Export My Agenda
(ics)".
	* A file download will begin and save as "meetings.ics".
	* Find the downloaded file> Right click on the file, select "Open-as" >
Select the calendar program you wish to save these meetings to.
	* Once the calendar file opens, click "Save". You should now see all
your sessions on your calendar program in your preferred time zone.

On mobile devices, simply open the mobile app to see your personal
schedule.

NOTE: Calendar invites will not include remote participation links, but
do include a link to the session details page containing the
participation links. Participation links will be posted 24-hours prior
to the session start times for security purposes.

Registering for an ICANN meeting or event constitutes an acceptance of
the Community Anti-Harassment Policy and Terms of Participation and
Complaint Procedure [go.icann.org] [5], the ICANN Expected Standards of
Behavior [go.icann.org] [6], Privacy Policy [icann.org] [7], and the
website Terms of Service [icann.org] [8].
